Quetta, August 27, 2024 – Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi arrived in Quetta, where he was welcomed by Provincial Ministers Asfandiar Kakar and Ali Madad Jattak. IG Police Balochistan and other high-ranking officials were also present at the airport.
Minister Naqvi is scheduled to meet with Chief Minister Balochistan Sardar Sarfraz Bugti at the CM House, where a high-level meeting will be held to discuss the law and order situation in the province. The meeting will focus on taking additional measures to ensure peace and security in the wake of recent terrorist incidents in various parts of Balochistan.
The meeting will be attended by high-ranking officials, including the Chief Secretary Balochistan, Additional Chief Secretary, IG Frontier Corps North, IG Frontier Corps South, DIG CTD, DIG Special Branch, DG Levies, and other law enforcement agencies.
