QUETTA: Yet another female civil officer belonging to Balochistan got posting as Deputy Commissioner in Balochistan province.
The officer of Balochistan Civil Service, Ms. Fareeda Tareen (BS-18), awaiting posting orders in the Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD), has been posted as the Deputy Commissioner Sohbatpur.
It may be mentioned here that Ms. Fareed Tareen is the fifth lady civil officer to be appointed as Deputy Commissioner in a district of the province.
Prior to his posting, four female officers have been performing as Deputy Commissioners in different districts of the province.
For instance, the officer of Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), Ms. Sadaf Batool Asadi has been serving as the Deputy Commissioner Naseerabad.
Similarly, Ms. Ayesha Zehri has been performing as the Deputy Commissioner Awaran while Ms. Rohana Gul Kakar has been serving as the Deputy Commissioner Hub.
Besides, Ms. Humaira Baloch has been posted as the Deputy Commissioner Lasbela.
Needless to mention is that this is for the first time that five female civil officers have been posted on the administrative posts of Deputy Commissioners in Balochistan simultaneously.
