QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti has stated that the Team Europe’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Support Programme has immense important for youth of the province and it would bear best results in collaboration with the provincial government.
The Chief Minister was addressing the launch ceremony of TVET Support Programme here at a local hotel on Thursday.
The Ambassador and Head of the delegation of European Union to Pakistan, Dr. Riina Kionka, Consul General of Germany to Karachi, Dr. Rudiger Lotz, provincial government functionaries, experts and other concerned high ups were present on the occasion.
The Chief Minister on the occasion appreciated the launching of Team Europe’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Support Programme and said that we are indebted to the EU in this regard.
He said that such programmes are contributing a lot in imparting modern training to the youngsters.
He also referred to the plan of provincial government regarding sending some 30,000 youngsters for training abroad during couple of years.
He believed that we would achieve the goal with devotion.
The EU’s ambassador to Pakistan, Dr. Riina Kionka, German Consul General Dr. Rudiger and others also addressed the ceremony.
Later, Chief Minister formally launched the Team Europe’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Support Programme.
