QUETTA: The newly appointed Provincial Election Commissioner (PEC), Ejaz Anwar Chohan has assumed the charge of his post here on Friday.
Soon after assumption of the charge of post of PEC, Mr. Ejaz Anwar Chohan had introductory meeting with the officers of Election Commission in his office.
Addressing the officers, the PEC stressed that we have to work together for general elections.
He asserted that no negligence would be tolerated in performing duties.
The new PEC also exhorted the election officers to work with honesty and hard work.
It may be mentioned here that Ejaz Anwar Chohan had been posted as PEC Balochistan replacing Sharifullah.
Mr. Sharifullah has been posted as the PEC Sindh.
