Education Festival continues in Chaman: Removal of educational backwardness  our collective responsibility,  stresses Brigadier Adnan

QUETTA: The Regional Director Anti Narcotics Force (ANF), Brigadier Adnan Danish has stated that it is our collective responsibility to remove educational backwardness.

Brigadier Adnan Danish was addressing the gathering of Educational Festival, held at the Shaheed Advocate Aimal Khan Achakzai Degree College in Chaman on Wednesday.

The prominent among the participants were Professor Dr. Abdul Samad Achakzai, Professor Dr. Najeeb Sarparah, Deputy Commissioner Chaman, Habib Ahmed Bangulzai, Wing Commander Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Irfan, Assistant Commissioner Chaman, Imtiaz Ali Baloch, District Education Officer, Abdul Quddus Achakzai, Principal of the College, Ajab Khan Marwat, Principal FC School and College, Professor Ehsan Elahi , District Coordinator UNICEF, Jameel Kakar besides the senior officers, tribal elders, teachers and students.

The students delivered speeches on the anti narcotics, and other topics.

Similarly, a ceremony was also held at the Girls College Chaman the same day.

There were interesting competitions on the occasion.

In the end, the guests witnessed the stalls of books set up there.

The Deputy Commissioner Chaman gave away awards and shields to the guests.

The Educational Festival would also remain continued today (Thursday).
