District Police Sanghar Conducts Major Drug Bust, Arresting 43 Suspects Including 40 Drug Dealers

Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) In a significant crackdown on drug trafficking, Sanghar District Police has arrested 43 suspects, including 40 drug dealers. The operation led to the seizure of over 5 kilograms of hashish, 7,264 packets of harmful gutka, and 50 liters of illicit liquor.

The police conducted raids across various stations, including Shahdadpur, Khadro, Khipro, and Tando Adam, targeting drug dealers. Notable arrests include Jawal alias Zia-ur-Rehman Rajput, Lal Muhammad alias Lalo Chandio, Ghulam Murtaza Thaheem, Muhammad Sadam, Hashmat Makrani, Qaiser Mari, Piar Ali Kori, Barkat Talpur, Khan Muhammad Lander and several others.

Additionally, Tando Adam police raided a betting den, apprehending three individuals and confiscating 7,400 rupees along with a acra books. This operation is part of the ongoing anti-drug campaign by the police in the district.
