District Judge Shikarpur ordered to Deputy Commissioner Shikarpur for removal of Encroachment from Shahi Bagh land

SHIKARPUR: District and Session Judge Shikarpur Manoo Mal Khagaija ordered to Deputy Commissioner Altaf Ahmed Chachar for removal of illegal encroachment from the land of Historical Shahi Bagh within 15 days.
According to details that the huge area of 7 – 15 acres of ancient Shahi Bagh was illegally leased out to one late Suleman Shaikh by the then Taluka Nazim Zafar Ali Shaikh vide lease Deed dated 13.02.2010. though that lease deed dated 13.02.2010 has also been cancelled by the then Administrator/Deputy Commissioner Shikarpur Syed Hassan Raza Shah vide his order dated 08.05.2017. But still that public property is in illegal possession of legal heirs of the late Suleman Shaikh. As Authorities of Municipal Committee Shikarpur have been failed to protect the public property and this case is classic example of their negligence.
Therefore the Deputy Commissioner Shikarpur being head of District Administration is required to take over of suit land measuring 7-15 acres of Shahi Bagh from legal heirs of late Suleman Shaikh and over it to Municipal Committee Shikarpur by demolishing boundary wall over suit land, if any within a period of 15 days from today on 21.02.2024
