District Heads of line departments meet: DC Chaman directs all officers & staff to ensure attendance at their duty places

QUETTA: The Deputy Commissioner Chaman, Habib Ahmed Bangulzai has directed to all district officers and staff to ensure their attendance at their respective duty places and serve the general public to their best.

The Deputy Commissioner Chaman was chairing meeting of the district heads of line departments in his office on Monday.

All the district officers and other representatives of the departments were in attendance, and briefed about performance and ongoing development projects besides the problems and hardships faced by them.

The Deputy Commissioner reviewed performance of the officers and discussed the same with the concerned.

He issued directives to resolve the issues immediately.

He also directed them to discharge their responsibilities in befitting manner and not leave any stone unturned in provision of all possible facilities to the people. He stressed that all officers should consider them public servants.

He warned that stern action would be taken against those committing negligence and carelessness in their duties.
