District Administration Sibi Takes Prompt Action to Mitigate Flood Situation

Sibi, August 4: Deputy Commissioner Sibi, Jahanzeb Sheikh, along with Additional Deputy Commissioner Ali Asghar Magsi, visited various locations in the city to assess the situation after heavy monsoon rains. Heavy machinery was used to clear blocked drains and nullahs at various locations.

Deputy Commissioner Sibi personally supervised the cleaning of various areas and addressed the complaints of citizens. The citizens of the area expressed their satisfaction with the timely actions of the district administration and thanked Deputy Commissioner Sibi and the entire administration.

In another visit, Deputy Commissioner Sibi toured the low-lying areas of the city, accompanied by Chairman District Council Mir Bajjar Khan Domki, Chief Officer District Council, Chief Officer Municipal Committee, and other officers. He issued on-the-spot instructions for the drainage of water from homes and roads, directing the relevant authorities to start an emergency operation to drain rainwater from the areas.
