Deputy Commissioner Ghotki visited different cities of the district, reviewed the water drainage during rains, ordered the relevant officers to stay in the field, issued instructions to arrange rain water drainage from the cities. .
According to the details, Deputy Commissioner Ghotki Dr. Syed Mohammad Ali along with Assistant Commissioners visited different disposal sites of Daharki, Ghotki and Khangarah to review the situation of cities during rains and reviewed the drainage process. On this occasion, he instructed the concerned officers to make an effective strategy for drainage during possible rains, in this regard all the diverting pumps and necessary machinery should be activated, the use of generators should be ensured during load shedding. Any kind of omission in this regard will be intolerable. He directed the municipal and public health department officers to oblige their technical staff to stay in the field so that they do not face any difficulties during any untoward incident. He also instructed all the assistant commissioners to monitor the process of drainage from the cities and provide a report of those who are negligent.
