SHIKARPUR: First Additional District and Session Judge Awarded Death Sentence with fine of 5 million to one accused after hearing on Monday here.
According to reports that one accused named Papoo alias Piyaro Dahani found guilty in under trial murder case and today he was awarded Death Sentence by First Additional District and Session Judge Shikarpur Ghulam Qadir Tunio and also imposed fine of 5 million.
It may be recalled that some three years ago one Ghulam Hyder Mangi was killed in the jurisdiction of Madeji Police station and today in hearing, the accused Papoo Dahani was found guilty in murdering of Ghulam Hyder Mangi in an tribal clash took between Dahani and Mangi communities.
The accused Papoo Dahani was sent to Sukkur Central Jail.
