Mirpur Mathelo,(independent Report ) August 4, 2024: Deputy Commissioner Ghulam Muhammad visited various cities in the district, including Daharki, Ghulam Muhammad, and Khangarh, to inspect the drainage system during the rains. He directed the relevant officers to stay in the field and ensure effective drainage measures.
According to details, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Syed Muhammad Ali, along with Assistant Commissioners, inspected the disposal sites in various cities and reviewed the drainage process. He instructed the officers to develop a comprehensive strategy for drainage during possible rains and ensure the activation of all dewatering pumps and necessary machinery. He also directed the use of generators during load shedding and warned that any negligence would be unacceptable.
Dr. Syed Muhammad Ali also instructed the officers of the Municipal and Public Health Departments to ensure that their technical staff remains in the field to avoid any difficulties during unpleasant situations. He also directed all H etcAssistant Commissioners to ensure drainage from the cities.
