The Deputy Commissioner of Jhal Magsi, Syed Rahmatullah Shah, has instructed the Price Control Committee, to review the prices of essential items such as food, meat, vegetables, fruits, and other commodities. The committee, comprising members from the trading community, has prepared a price list after mutual consultation. The Deputy Commissioner has warned traders against artificial price hikes, hoarding, and selling unhealthy food items, and has threatened strict action against those who violate the rules. He has also directed traders to display the price list prominently in their shops and to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in their businesses, especially hotels.
