KARACHI– Crescent Art Gallery Chairman Nasir Javed and CEO Sidra Nasir have taken a significant step in fostering Pak-UK relations by presenting a portrait of former British Army Chief Lord Field Marshal Guthrie to Colonel Sean O’Dwyer, Chairman of the Royal Guards Polo Club. The ceremony took place at the prestigious Guards Polo Club UK.
The event saw the attendance of esteemed personalities including Lieutenant General Khalid Zia, Colonel Taimur, and Rahat Khan. Colonel Sean O’Dwyer expressed his gratitude, highlighting the role of art in strengthening diplomatic ties. He praised Lord Field Marshal Guthrie as a courageous commander whose legacy endures.
