Common Balochistan should benefit from CPEC projects:

QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti has stated that the province’s apprehensions regarding federal Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) have been taken up with the concerned forum through Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. On this, the federation has assured to remove the apprehensions regarding federal PSDP.
He said that the important projects of Balochistan have been included in the federal PSDP due to the attention of Chairman PPP.
The Chief Minister was speaking on occasion of the luncheon he hosted in honour of the members of provincial assembly belonging to the coalition government and ally parties here ahead of the budget session on Friday.
The Governor Balochistan, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail also participated in the luncheon.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister said that the next provincial budget would be compatible with the public requirements.
He said that the education and health are priorities in the budget. He said that the public resources would be spent on their welfare.
He also said that we are determined to put the province on path of development and raise living standard of the people.
Referring the Gwadar port, the Chief Minister said that he has requested to the President Asif Ali Zardari for functionality of the Gwadar port.
He said that the people of province should get benefit of the projects of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
