CM MOHSIN NAQVI VISITED DHQ HOSPITAL, DISTRICT JAIL AND CITY POLICE STATION AT MANDI BAHAUDDIN, CS AND IGP ALSO ACCOMPANIED

Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi visited District Headquarter Hospital, District Jail and city police station at Mandi Bahauddin today. Chief Secretary Zahid Akhtar Zaman and IG Police Usman Anwar also accompanied him. CM Mohsin Naqvi reviewed medical facilities at DHQ Hospital Mandi Bahauddin, inquired after the health of under treatment patients in various wards and inquired from the patients about provision of free medicines and free test facility. CM also met with the doctors and lauded the performance of doctors and the staff who are busy in serving the distressed and grieved humanity. Mohsin Naqvi stated that DHQ Hospital Mandi Bahauddin is better than many hospitals of Lahore adding that work on various public welfare projects is ongoing in Mandi Bahauddin. CM visited various barracks of District Jail Mandi Bahauddin, met with the prisoners and inquired about their problems. CM also inspected the jail kitchen and checked the quality of food prepared for the prisoners. CM also ate lentil cooked in the jail kitchen and gave Rs. 10,000 to the cook on cooking a delicious lentil. CM also visited the Jail Hospital, met with the patient prisoners and inquired from them about treatment facilities. Mohsin Naqvi directed to spare no effort in the treatment of prisoners. CM also visited city police station at Mandi Bahauddin and reviewed progress being made on the applications of citizens at the front desk. CM inspected Malkhana, other sections and inquired from the accused about their cases detained in the lockup. CM inaugurated a railway crossing road from King More up to Sat Sara and from Sat Sara up to the railway crossing. The construction cost of the road from King More up to Sat Sara Road amounted to Rs. 183 million. CM also inaugurated Sat Sara Road up to railway crossing road andits construction cost came to be Rs. 372 million. Commissioner Gujranwlaa Naveed Haider Sherazi, DC Mandi Bahauddin Shahid Imran Marth and other officials were also present on the occasion.
