QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti has expressed grief and sorrow over the coalmine mishap occurred in coalmine field of Harnai.
In an official statement issued here on Wednesday, the Chief Minister said that he is grieved over loss of precious lives of the coal mine workers in Harnai coal mine mishap.
He said that we share the pain and grief with the bereaved families in the time of grief.
The Chief Minister, however, appreciated the performance of relief organizations including Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) and others on saving the lives of coal mine workers trapped in the coal mine during the rescue operation.
He directed the concerned department to conduct thorough inquiry into the coal mine mishap and submit its report to the government.
He asserted that no compromise would be made on protection of the coal mine workers and safe micing in the province.
