Chief Secretary Directs Officials to Ensure 100% Vaccination of Children in Sindh

Chief Secretary Asif Hyder Shah chaired an emergency meeting at the Emergency Operation Center Sindh on Sunday night, directing officials to make special efforts to ensure 100% vaccination of children during the ongoing polio campaign.

The meeting was attended by Commissioner Karachi, deputy commissioners, and other high-ranking officials. Chief Secretary Shah emphasized that the success of the campaign is crucial for the eradication of polio in Pakistan.

The campaign aims to vaccinate 10.37 lakh children in 85 union councils of Karachi by August 25. EOC Coordinator Arshad Sodhar appealed to parents to get their children vaccinated to protect them from lifelong disability.
