QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti inaugurated the Chaman Master Plan in Chaman on Thursday.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by the Speaker Balochistan Assembly, Captain (Retd) Abdul Khaliq Achakzai, provincial Ministers, Mir Ziaullah Langove, members of the provincial assembly, senior military officers and other concerned high ups.
The Chief Minister was briefed about the Chaman Master Plan by the concerned authorities.
While speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister congratulated to all the stakeholders on implementation and completion of Chaman Master Plan.
He said that Chaman Master Plan is very important and the trade activities would be expedited through the projects linked with the Chaman Master Plan.
He believed that the opportunities of livelihood and trade would be made available to the local people with implementation on the Chaman Master Plan.
He said that the development projects in the Pak-Afghan bordering area, Chaman are the guarantor of the economic stability of the local people as such the steps are being taken for development of Chaman and livelihood of its people.
He assured that the feasible policies are being formulated for provision of livelihood to the local people of Chaman.
Earlier, upon reaching in the border Chaman, the Chief Minister, Speaker provincial assembly, provincial ministers and members of assembly were warmly welcomed by the higher authorities.
