Independent Report.
Quetta, August 13,

On the joyous occasion of the 77th Independence Day, Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa and his brother Qazi Azmat Isa have generously donated 31680 square feet of land for the establishment of an environmental center, free of cost, which has been accepted by the Government of Balochistan. The land is located in district Ziarat, adjacent to the Quaid-e-Azam Residency, where the founder of Pakistan, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, spent his last days.

This area is of special significance due to its historical importance and is also home to one of the world’s largest juniper forests, with some trees dating back over 1,000 years. The environmental center aims to preserve the historical and valuable heritage of the juniper forest, protect it from environmental changes and human interference, and promote research and awareness.

The center will offer various activities for the public, tourists, students, and teachers, including nature walks, special exhibitions, and workshops.
