Islamabad : Federal Minister for Religious Affairs, Chaudhry Saqlain Naqvi, has arrived in Makkah Mukarramah to perform Umrah. After completing the pilgrimage, he will visit the Pakistan Hajj Mission in Makkah. According to the spokesperson, the minister will visit Saudi institutions, catering companies, and residential facilities for Hajj pilgrims on Sunday. So far, 22,696 pilgrims have arrived in Madinah through 93 flights, and over 11,000 pilgrims have completed their visit to Rawdah-tul-Jannah with the special cooperation of Saudi authorities. The first batch of pilgrims will depart for Makkah after an 8-day stay. Direct Hajj flights from Pakistan to Jeddah will begin on May 23.
