QUETTA: The Chairmen of four standing committees were elected in meetings of the respective committees held here on Tuesday.
According to the official release, the standing committee for Information, Sports, Culture, Tourism and Libraries was held with all its members in attendance.
The committee unanimously elected MPA Rehmat Saleh Baloch as chairman of the standing committee Information, Sports, Culture, Tourism and Libraries.
Similarly, MPA Prince Ahmed Omar Ahmedzai was elected as chairman of the standing committee for Irrigation, Energy, Environment, Forests and Wildlife in the meeting of respective standing committee held the same day.
Besides, D r. Muhammad Nawaz was elected chairman of the standing committee for Public Health & Population Welfare.
Moreover, MPA Khair Jan Baloch was elected as chairman of the standing committee for Education.
