Central Police Office: IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar met with the police employees and their families, issued relief orders after listening their problems

Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has said that according to merit, maximum possible relief in service affairs to police employees is an important part of my policy. IG Punjab said that priority measures should be continued for the best welfare of the families of police employees who died during service, each application related to discipline, promotion and welfare affairs should be processed quickly with prompt action. IG Punjab said that all supervisory officers should keep in close contact with the subordinate staff and ensure timely measures under personal supervision to solve their problems. He expressed these views today while giving instructions to the officers in meeting the police employees and their families at the Central Police Office.
According to the details, IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar met the police employees and their families at the Central Police Office and issue relief orders after listening to the problems presented by the police employees and their families.IGP Punjab forwarded application of Constable Arslan Anwar to DIG Establishment II regarding cancellation of transfer order for necessary action. The application of the wife of former constable Muhammad Qasim Umar (deceased), orders were issued to provide relief according to merit on the request to set aside his punishments as appeal is pending with DIG Estt-II. IGP Punjab directed DIG Establishment I to provide relief on promotion fixation request of three sub-inspectors of Sahiwal region. IGP Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar directed the DIG Welfare to take action on the request of the late ASI Amjad Ali Khan’s wife for provision of maintenance allowance. Dr. Usman Anwar instructed the welfare branch to provide relief on the request of ASI Mumtaz Khan to provide scholarship for medical education of his son. IG Punjab directed to provide relief to employees through immediate action on medical welfare, service issues and all other applications. Dr. Usman Anwar said that the best welfare of police employees is first priority, all possible relief should be provided according to merit and to them.
