Deputy Commissioner Chaman, Captain (R) Raja Abbas Ather, chaired a meeting of all district departments to discuss preparations for Independence Day celebrations on August 14. He emphasized the need for all departments to take necessary measures to ensure a successful celebration.
DC Chaman directed all department heads to decorate their offices with Pakistani flags and colorful buntings. He also stressed the importance of cleanliness and sanitation in the city, parks, and grounds, and instructed the Municipal Corporation to take all necessary measures to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
Ather Abass Raja emphasized that there would be no compromise on cleanliness on Independence Day and directed all department heads to ensure that their offices are clean and tidy.
The meeting was attended by all department heads and officials, who were instructed to make necessary arrangements for a successful celebration of Independence Day.
