Caretaker CM visits Indus Hospital: No negligence to be tolerated in availability of medicines, facilities in hospitals: CM

QUETTA: The caretaker Chief Minister, Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki visited the Indus Hospital established in Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) on Tuesday.
During the course of visit, the Chief Minister inspected emergency department, out patient department, laboratory and other sections of the Indus Hospital.
He also reviewed the situation of cleanliness and facilities being provided to the patients at the Hospital.
Speaking on the occasion, caretaker Chief Minister directed the concerned authorities to provide every possible healthcare facilities to the patients at the Hospital.
He said that the government is providing substantial funds to the hospital for free medical treatment of the patients.
He said that the trust of people has been increased on the public sector hospitals after increase in the healthcare facilities there.
He asserted that no negligence would be tolerated in availability of the medicines and other facilities in the hospitals.
Earlier, HOC of Indus Hospital Brigadier Dr. Aftab briefed the caretaker Chief Minister about the services and overall functioning of the Hospital.
Also present on the occasion were interim Minister Information, Jan Achakzai, Additional Chief Secretary Development, Hafiz Abdul Basit, Director General GDA, Mujeebur Rehman Qambrani, Commissioner Makran Division, Saeed Ahmed Umrani besides other concerned.
Meanwhile, the caretaker Chief Minister inaugurated the children emergency ward in the Indus Hospital.
