Capital Development Authority Islamabad high officers are guilty of contempt of court for taking actions contrary to the Islam Abad High Court Judgement.

Islamabad : Capital Development Authority Islamabad high officers are guilty of contempt of court for taking actions contrary to the High Court decision.The appointment of Capital Hospital nurse Arifa Naveed from BPS 16 to PBS 19 has been invalidated by the Islamabad High Court, but the nurse who has political and administrative influence is still performing her duty on the same post of BPS 19.According to the Memorandum of Finance Division of Pakistan which has been made a part of the CDA Law three times by the CDA Board of Governors , where It is clearly written on Page No. 2 , Part No. 6 of Finance Division of Pakistan Memorandum , that if a government servant’s joins a project vacancy, he has to resign from his previous government service before joining , Otherwise, strict legal and disciplinary action will be taken against them. On the contrary, Arifa Naveed, the junior most nurse of CDA Hospital, despite not having a post-graduation degree, was illegally appointed and posted at Capital Hospital in PBS 19.The Islam Abad Court has declared it null and void , but contrary to the decision of the Islamabad High Court, the CDA administration is acting evasively , and a junior nurse Arifa Naveed is still working in BPS 19.An officer of Capital Hospital said on the condition of anonymity that the junior nurse Arifa Naveed received from all the project employees for permanency through Islamabad High Court , rupees twenty thousands per head have also been received, which makes the total amount about four million rupees. The senior nurses of Capital Hospital also protested strongly in this regard.But despite the orders of the Chairman CDA, the higher authorities of the Human Resources Department of CDA are not taking any action to ensure the implementation of the relevant court judgement, which is tantamount to contempt of court.
