Cabinet chaired by caretaker CM Mir Ali Mardan Domki approves six months extension in FC’s deployment for restoration of peace in Balochistan

QUETTA: The interim cabinet of Balochistan has approved to continue upper age limit of 43 years for the government employments in the province.
The cabinet gave approval to this effect during its fifth meeting held with the caretaker Chief Minister Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki in the chair at the CM’s secretariat on Monday.
The caretaker provincial ministers and advisors were present in the meeting. The Chief Secretary Balochistan, Shakeel Qadir Khan, Additional Chief Secretaries of Planning and Home departments besides other administrative secretaries were also present in the meeting.
The interim cabinet discussed different important matters and made certain decisions about the same.
The cabinet also gave approval to different matters.
The interim cabinet was agreed on continuing the upper age limit of 43 years for getting jobs in the government departments.
The cabinet also approved to fix the support price of wheat as Rs. 4300 per mound (40 Kilogram) for the year 2023-24 in the province.
Moreover, the cabinet decided to declare the healthcare staff died during the duty in health department as martyr.
Similarly, the cabinet also approved to determine the griding price of wheat besides the pending policy 2023 for supply of wheat to the flour mills.
In an another important initiative, the interim cabinet approved to extend deployment of Frontier Corps (FC) for six months in the province. The initiative was taken for restoration of peace in the province, as decided in the meeting.
The cabinet also decided to approve the counter terrorism force (CTF) allowance for the CTD.
