Bureaucracy third big pillar of state & civil servants are agents of real charge, says Amanullah Kanrani

QUETTA: The caretaker Provincial Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs and Prosecution, Amanullah Kanrani has stated that the bureaucracy is the third big pillar of state and the civil servants are the agent of real change because they enforce the policies at the lower level.
The caretaker Provincial Minister was speaking to the Certificates awarding ceremony among the 2nd Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) graduates of Balochistan Civil Services Academy held at Governor House Quetta on Tuesday.
The ceremony was attended by Senior Bureaucrates, Senior Academicians, Members of Corporate Sector and Media Representatives.
Balochistan Civil Services Academy held its’ 2nd graduation ceremony of 26 Mid-Career Trainee Officers in Govenor House Quetta in which the graduating officers were from Balochistan Civil Services Group, Balochistan Secretriate Services Group, Agriculture and Forest Department and Local Government Department were awarded the certificates on completion of the course.
Mr. Amanullah Kanrani, Minister, Law & Parliamentary Affairs and Prosecution attended as the chief guest of the event.
While addressing he aid, “Bureaucracy is the third pillar of the state and civl servants are the real change-agents since they implement the policy at grass root level”.
Earlier, Hafeez Ahmed Jamali, Director General, BCSA said that BCSA is an indigenous academy which is providing the landscape of service delivery through the training of mid-career officers.
Alongside, it is imparting the tailored short trainings to various departments. In addition, it is also planning to conduct the pre-service and in-service training of Tehsildars, Assistant Commissioner and Section Officers.
Mr. Khalid Khan, Chief Instructor mentioned in his speech that BCSA HAS have successfully completed two MCMC courses in record time. In MCMC, we adhere to all the best practices mandatory for civil servants. Additionally, we maintain close cooperation with NSPP, NiM Quetta, and Karachi.
Commemorative shield was presented to the Chief Guest Mr. Amanullah Kanrani, Minister: Law & Parliamentary Affairs and Prosecution by Mr. Hafeez Ahmed Jamali, Director General, BCSA and 2nd MCMC participants presented the souvenir to the Mr. Hafeez Ahmed Jamali, Director General, BCSA as a toke of respect and thanks at the end of the ceremony.
