SHIKARPUR: One accused gunned down his younger brother at Village Darri Jakhri in the jurisdiction of Gaheja police station on Tuesday.
According to reports reached here that one brother named Waqar Bhutto opened fires upon his younger brother named Iftikhar Bhutto after heating arguments between them. As a result of firing, younger brother was killed on the spot. While the murderer elder brother escaped away from the place of incident.
Area police while getting the information, rushed to the village and transported tye dead body of deceased to Government Hospital for Medico Legal formalities.
The cause behind the murder was said to be a matter of property between two brothers.
Further police investigation into the matter is in process.
No FIR was registered till late evening.
