QUETTA: The Balochistan National Party’s central committee has decided to launch protest campaign against the lingering law and order situation in Wadh and other related issues in which what it claimed the party is being targeted.
The decision to this effect was announced by the secretary General of BNP, Jahanzaib Baloch while addressing a hurriedly called urgent press conference at the Quetta Press Club on Monday.
He was flanked by the parliamentary leader of BNP, Malik Naseer Shahwani, MPAs Sanaullah Baloch, Ms. Shakeela Naveed Dehwar and others.
The BNP senior leader announced that wheel jam strike would be observed on all highways of the province on July 3. While protest rallies would be taken out on July 8 and shutter down strike would be observed on July 14, adding he announced.
Jahanzaib Baloch alleged that the political victimization is continued against the BNP even after the change of government.
He also alleged that an armed group is being patronized and given funds even. He charged that the same group is involved in the extortion, kidnapping for ransom.
He said that the law and order situation in Wadh is very much deteriorated for last one week. The attempt is being made for political engineering in the province once again, he mentioned adding that hurdles are being created in Wadh and Gwadar to give favour to someone.
