Quetta, Oct. 25. Chief Secretary Balochistan Shakeel Qadir Khan chaired a high-level meeting to review the province’s polio eradication efforts. The meeting assessed the progress of previous campaigns and preparedness for upcoming initiatives.
Khan emphasized that eliminating polio is a shared responsibility, and the provincial government is taking concrete steps to achieve this goal. He urged scholars, parents, civil society, and media to play their part in the national polio campaign, stressing that two drops of polio vaccine can protect children from lifelong disability.
