Quetta, Oct. 25, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sardar Faraz Bugti has stressed the importance of timely completion of all development projects aimed at enhancing the beauty and infrastructure of Quetta, the provincial capital ¹.
Chairing a high-level meeting to review progress on the Quetta Development Package and city beautification initiatives, Bugti emphasized the need for efficient execution of these projects. The meeting was attended by top officials, including Chief Secretary Balochistan Shakeel Qadir Khan, Secretary Communications and Works Lal Jan Jaffar, Commissioner Quetta Division Hamza Shafqat, Project Director Quetta Development Package Rafiq Ahmed, and others.
Road Infrastructure_: Secretary Communications Lal Jan Jaffar briefed the meeting on the ongoing rehabilitation of roads within Quetta city.
Development Package_: Project Director Rafiq Ahmed and Commissioner Hamza Shafqat updated the meeting on the progress of the Quetta Development Package.
City Beautification_: The meeting also discussed initiatives to enhance the city’s aesthetic appeal.
The Chief Minister’s directives aim to transform Quetta into a modern, thriving city, showcasing the province’s rich cultural heritage and natural beauty. With these development projects, Quetta is poised to become a hub of economic activity and tourism in the region.
