QUETTA: The Balochistan Assembly has condemned the attack at Pakistan’s consulate in Germany and desecration of the national flag there.
The members of provincial assembly belonging to both treasury and opposition benches condemned the sorrowful incident and demanded action against those involved in it.
They were in the session of assembly, which was held with Speaker, Captain (Retd) Abdul Khaliq Achakzai in the chair on Tuesday.
The Speaker gave the ruling to bring joint resolution against the incident of attack at the Pakistan’s consulate in Frankfurt, Germany.
The Member of Provincial Assembly, Ms. Farah Azeem Shah raised the point of order and said that the incident of attack and desecration of Pakistani flag in Germany is sorrowful. She urged the House to unite against those attacked the consulate in Germany and desecrated the national flag there.
The Provincial Minister for Agriculture, Ali Madad Jatak also condemned the desecration of national flag in Germany. On the point, the Member provincial assembly belonging to National Party, Rehmat Saleh Baloch stressed to bring joint resolution on it.
Similarly, the MPA Maulana Hidayatur Rehman Baloch condemned the desecration of national flag in Germany.
He said that he not only condemns the desecration of Pakistani flag in Germany, and so he condemns the police torture on women on sariab road.
He said that the use of might is condemnable whether it may take place. He said that the Minister Home should resign over the Sariab incident.
Meanwhile, on an occasion, heated words were exchanged between the Provincial Minister, Ali Madad Jatak and MPA Maulana Hidayatur Rehman.
While the speaker called Sargent at arm to oust Maulana Hidayatur Rehman from the House, however, he (Maulana) himself went out from there.
Meanwhile, the joint resolution about formation of the Balochistan Women Parliamentary Caucus was approved in the session.
The Advisor to Chief Minister for Women Development, Dr. Rubaba Buledi tabled the resolution.
The Provincial Minister for Finance, Mir Shoaib Nausherwani tabled different audit reports in the House.
Afterwards, these audit reports were handed over to the concerned standing committee.
Later, the session was adjourned till 03:00 PM on July 26.
