QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenji has directed the secretaries of all provincial government departments to ensue their presence in the budget session of provincial assembly continued these days in Quetta.
In this regard, the Chief Minister has issued directives to all the secretaries through Chief Secretary to take the budget session serious.
He said that the budget session used to be an important phase for approval of the budget, as such all the secretaries should take the session serious.
The Chief Minister further directed the secretaries to note all the points raised by the members of assembly during the session while remaining present in the session.
He also asked the administrative secretaries of departments to come in the session with complete preparation of the figures of development and non-development budget regarding their respective departments.
He also directed the Chief Secretary to take action against the secretaries who didn’t participate in the budget session.
