Peshawar, Nov. 23, : The Awami National Party (ANP) has announced that it will observe a Black Day on November 25 to condemn the rising incidents of terrorism in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including the recent Kurram incident.
According to party leader Mian Iftikhar Hussain, protests will be held in front of press clubs in all district headquarters across the province at 2 pm. The protests will express solidarity with the families of victims of terrorism and condemn the growing menace of terrorism in the region.
The ANP has appealed to the people of Kurram to remain calm and peaceful in the wake of the recent incident, emphasizing that peace is essential for the region. The party has also called upon local leaders to play their role in ending the prevailing tension and restoring peace in Kurram.
