LARKANA : On the last day, the delegation of United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Red Crescent inaugurated the upgradation of Sheikh Zayed Women’s Hospital in Larkana. It was done by Shahida Magsi, according to the details Dr. Bakhit al-Roumithi, General Secretary of the Red Crescent Rashid Mubarak al-Mansoori, Secretary General Development and International Cooperation Fahad Abdul Rahman bin Sultan, Hamad Bakhit al-Roumithi, Director Relief and Disaster Obaid Al-Balushi, Saeed Al-Mazroui. Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Nusrat Shah along with Sindh Health Secretary Rehan Iqbal Baloch inaugurated the upgradation of Sheikh Zayed Hospital. The delegation along with Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nusrat Shah told the press briefing that as Sheikh Zayed Hospital is a hospital built with the support of United Arab Emirates, and the hospital has been upgraded to match modern requirements, with 200 beds. With state-of-the-art beds, eight operation theaters, modern anesthesia machinery, upgraded wards and roof treatment of the entire hospital, the UAE delegation also announced that the hospital will soon be equipped with a modern ICU and A blood bank will also be established, on this occasion Director Health Services Dr. Abdul Sattar Sheikh, MS Dr. Mubasher Kolachi, Principal Chandka Medical College Prof. Zameer Ahmad Soomro, Director Finance Kazim Ali Bhutto, Prof. Shahida Magsi Prof. Fauzia Kashif, Prof. Shaista Hafaz. Abro and other officials were also present.
