Anti-Narcotics Force Cracks Down on Drug Trafficking, Arrests 5 Suspects

The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has launched a series of operations against drug trafficking in educational institutions and various cities across the country. In eight operations, five suspects, including a woman, were arrested, and over 418 kilograms of narcotics worth more than Rs. 7.5 crore were seized.
_Manshera Operation_: 900 grams of charas were recovered from a suspect, who confessed to selling drugs to students in educational institutions.
– _Islamabad Courier Office_: 630 grams of weed were seized from a parcel sent from an unknown location.
– _Islamabad International Airport_: 296 grams of heroin were found in the shoes of a woman passenger traveling to Bahrain.
– _Islamabad Toll Plaza_: 9.6 kilograms of charas were recovered from an abandoned vehicle.
– _Sher Shah Toll Plaza, Multan_: 1.4 kilograms of charas were seized from a suspect.
– _DG Khan_: 2.4 kilograms of charas were recovered from a suspect near Tounmi Morr.
– _Mianwali_: 2.5 kilograms of ice were seized from a suspect traveling in a passenger van near Kundian Morr.

The ANF’s efforts aim to curb the spread of narcotics in educational institutions and cities, ensuring a safer environment for citizens.
