*Islamabad:* The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has continued its efforts to combat drug smuggling, resulting in the seizure of 8.8 kilograms of narcotics and the arrest of four individuals in four separate operations.
According to details, at Islamabad Airport, 55 ice-filled capsules were recovered from a passenger traveling to Qatar. Meanwhile, at Lahore Airport, 2.6 kilograms of ice and 235 grams of heroin were seized from a passenger bound for Saudi Arabia.
In a separate operation on Ferozepur Road in Kasur, three kilograms of heroin were recovered from two suspects. Additionally, at the Lahore Cargo Office, two kilograms of heroin and one kilogram of ice were seized from a parcel sent from Peshawar.
Cases have been registered against the arrested individuals under the Anti-Narcotics Act, and investigations are underway.
