The Embassy of Pakistan in Paris celebrated the country’s 78th Independence Day with a flag-hoisting ceremony. Ambassador Asim Iftikhar Ahmad led the event, which was attended by members of the Pakistani community and French friends, including children.

In his address, Ambassador Ahmad paid tribute to the Quaid-e-Azam and other leaders of the freedom movement, and honored the sacrifices of Pakistan’s forefathers. He also acknowledged the challenges facing the nation and expressed hope for a brighter future.

The event included the reading of messages from the President, Prime Minister, and Foreign Minister of Pakistan. The ceremony was a celebration of Pakistan’s independence and a moment of reflection on its history and achievements.
