Leaders of various political parties, including Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, National Party, Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party, and Balochistan Awami Party, have jointly condemned the suspension of gas supply to Chiltan Town, Hazarganji, Quetta.

In a press conference at Jamiat House, they threatened to stage an indefinite protest on Western Bypass if the gas supply is not restored within a week.
The leaders, including Maulana Muhammad Tahir Tahidi, Abdul Aleem Kebzai, Hamid Khan, and Dr. Zafarullah Jatak, termed the suspension as “inhumane” and “discriminatory” against 400-plus bill-paying consumers.
They demanded:
Immediate restoration of gas supply with pressure
– Action against gas thieves, not paying consumers
– Resolution of Chiltan Town’s basic issues
The parties will launch a door-to-door contact campaign from Sunday and prepare for the protest.
