All concerned MPAs be taken into confidence: CM directs to finalize approval of unapproved dev. projects from concerned forum by August 28

QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti has directed to the concerned authorities to give final shape to the approval of unapproved development projects from the concerned forum by the end of August 28, 2024.
In this regard, the concerned members of provincial assembly should be taken info confidence, the Chief Minister added while chairing a review meeting about progress of the development projects of financial year ‪2024-25‬ here on Thursday.
The Provincial Minister for Finance, Mir Shoaib Nausherwani, Chief Secretary, Shakeel Qadir Khan, Additional Chief Secretary Development, Hafiz Abdul Basti, Secretary Finance and other concerned high ups were present in the meeting.
The Additional Chief Secretary Development, Hafiz Abdul Basit briefed about the progress of new and ongoing development projects. The meeting was also briefed about the progress of sector wise development projects besides their authorization and release status.
Addressing the meeting, Chief Minister directed to expedite the implementation on the departmental development projects in the province.
He stressed that it is necessary for early completion of the development projects to get their approval from the concerned forum at the earliest.
He said that the people can benefit from the fruits of development with timely completion of the schemes in different sectors.
He said that it is our utmost endeavour to timely complete development projects by removing obstacles in their way.
