Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal chaired a high-level meeting to review the transfer of development projects to provincial governments.
Iqbal directed provincial departments to:
– Ensure contractors continue work at pre-determined costs
– Complete transferred projects, emphasizing provincial governments’ responsibility
– Submit reports on ongoing projects initiated this fiscal year for decision on completion or privatization
– Finalize project transfer within the next week
The meeting aimed to streamline the transfer process, ensuring seamless project execution and effective utilization of resources.
