Advisor for Women Development, Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi, Nominated for Cadet Colleges Board of Governors

Advisor for the Women Development Department, Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi, along with MPA Ghulam Dastagir Badini, has been nominated to represent the parliamentary side in the Board of Governors for Balochistan’s cadet colleges. According to the correspondence from the Balochistan Provincial Assembly, the Speaker has forwarded the nominations to the Secretary of the Higher Education Commission.
Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi is currently serving as the Advisor to the Chief Minister of Balochistan for Women Development. She has previously excelled as the Parliamentary Secretary for Health, where her exceptional management of COVID-19 earned her a performance excellence award. As Parliamentary Secretary for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, she consolidated 210 years of legislative drafts into a single publication, earning a Certificate of Merit from the former Chief Minister of Balochistan.
Additionally, as the Parliamentary Secretary for Science and Information Technology, she played a significant role in establishing the IT Secretariat, a Forensic Lab, and activating IT offices at the district level. Recognizing her contributions, the current Chief Minister, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, has nominated her for a prestigious civil award, which she will receive next year.
Prior to her nomination to the Board of Governors for cadet colleges, Dr. Buledi has also served as a Syndicate Member of the Balochistan University of Health Sciences (BUMHS) and a Senate Member of BUITEMS University.
