Admitted woman died in hospital, residents protested for doctor’s neglegency

LARKANA : Last two days ago a young woman has been admitted in the Chandka Medical College hospital Larkana but due to the death of a 55-year-old woman Mubyna Gul Umrani, who was admitted to the emergency ward of Larkana’s for necessary treatment in the hospital but due to nothing presence of duty docors she was died. The relatives accused the duty doctors of negligence, took action against the doctors and brought them to justice. On that occasion, the deceased woman Meena Gul, the wife of Haji Rasool Bakhsh Umrani, born Rashid Ali Umrani, told that we are the residents of Sarai Muhammad Nawaz Umrani, a village near Andhi Mori of Chandiu, because my mother-in-law’s condition deteriorated due to blood pressure, she was admitted to Chandka Hospital. We brought him to the emergency ward around 2 o’clock. They accused and said that the secret dispensers for our women are only good at doing their own make-up, while we searched for the duty doctor and made repeated complaints to show the nature, but they did not listen to a single one and the secret staff only applied drapes to my mother-in-law. There was a reaction that has died down quickly. They demanded from chief justice of Sindh high court to take immediate notice and take action against the negligent doctors and staff.
