Acting Governor announces to set up trauma center in old DHQ Hospital Chaman

QUETTA: The acting Governor Balochistan and Speaker Provincial Assembly, Captain (Retd) Abdul Khaliq Achakzai has announced that the Trauma Center would be set up in the old District Headquarter Hospital Chaman where every possible facilities would be provided to the people.
The acting Governor said that the fruits of government initiatives must reach to the general public without any interruption and no negligence would be tolerated in this regard.
He was visiting the old DHQ Hospital on Thursday.
He reviewed the healthcare facilities, availability of the medicines and duty roster of doctors.
The District Health Officer of Chaman, Dr. Aimal Mandokhel, Medical Superintendent of Hospital, Dr. Abdul Rasheed Nasar, Additional Deputy Commissioner Arif Khan Kakar, DPO, Shahid Jamil Kakar, Dr. Abdul Sadiq Achakzai, Dr. Shams Kakar, district President of PML-N, Attaullah, Dr. Abdul Wali, Gul Zaman and others were also accompanied with the acting Governor.
Abdul Khaliq Achakzai also met the patients visiting the Hospital and inquired about the health facilities available for them.
He was briefed about the overall functioning of the MSF and informed that every possible facilities are being provided to the patients.
The acting Governor appreciated performance of the MSF and assured to extend every possible cooperation to it.
He, however stressed that MSF should extend more health facilities in Chaman.
