_INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATED WITH ZEAL IN QILA SAIFULLAH_

Qila Saifullah, August 14: The Organization for Community Services and Development (OCSD) and the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) jointly organized a vibrant event to commemorate Independence Day in Qila Saifullah. The ceremony was held under the umbrella of the “Restoring Social Services and Climate Resilience” program.

Maulana Noorullah, Member of the Provincial Assembly, graced the occasion as the chief guest. Other notable attendees included Assistant Commissioner Saad Zafar, District Health Officer Taj Muhammad, and District Coordinator UNICEF Hameedullah.

In his address, Maulana Noorullah emphasized the need for collective efforts towards the prosperity and development of Pakistan. He stressed that understanding the true purpose of independence is more crucial than merely celebrating the day. He expressed gratitude to PPAF and OCSD for organizing the event in the area.

Irfan Alamgir Khan, Chief Executive Officer of OCSD, and other dignitaries also spoke at the function. The highlight of the event was a tableau presented by school children, which showcased their creativity and patriotism. Shields were also distributed among the participants to mark the occasion.

The event was a resounding success, fostering a sense of national pride and unity among the attendees.
