The Election Commission of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa issued a letter to caretaker Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Azam Khan

Peshawar : The Election Commission has issued instructions to remove several caretaker ministers, assistants and advisers of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The notice has been taken by the election commission due to interference in the political affairs of the province, the instructions have been issued to remove them all who has political affiliation.The text of the letter states that it has been mentioned in the notice of the Election Commission that the appointments of the caretaker cabinet have been made on the basis of political affiliations.

A clear example of which is the case of former caretaker minister Shahid Khattak, apart from this, other ministers have admitted their party affiliations, which is an extra-constitutional move.The Election Commission requests that such Ministers, Advisors and Special Assistants be removed from their posts to ensure fair and transparent conduct of the forthcoming elections.
