QUETTA: The prominent Christian minority religious leaders including Bishop Khalid Rehmat, Pastor Simon Bashir and others have strongly condemned the incident of desecration of Holy Qura’an in Sweden.
While addressing a press conference here on Thursday morning, Bishop Khalid Rehmat and others said that we strongly condemn the incident of desecration of Holy Qura’an and its burning in strongest words.
Bishop Khalid also described the desecration of Holy Qura’an as totally unacceptable, blasphemous and sacrilegious.
He expressed complete solidarity with the Muslim brethren and sisters over the most condemnable act. He said that the incident is totally intolerable.
Bishop Khalid Rehmat demanded of the world rights organizations to give exemplary punishment to the miscreants involved in the sorrowful act.
He also demanded of the Swedish government to tender an official apology over the incident.
