QUETTA: In a major crackdown against the smugglers of cigarettes, the Customs Intelligence recovered huge quantity of smuggled foreign cigarettes in the country on Friday.
The Customs Intelligence sources informed that the smuggled cigarettes of worth over Rs. 300 million were recovered during the crackdown.
Only from Balochistan, 4.28 million cigarettes were seized during the crackdown against the smuggled cigarettes. The worth of seized cigarettes is around Rs. 114 million, the sources informed adding that the crackdown would remain continued in future as well.
