QUETTA: The Inspector General of Police Balochistan, Abdul Khaliq Sheikh has directed the concerned police officials to take action against the illegal petrol pumps operating in the province.
According to an official communique issued here on the directives of Inspector General of Police, it was mentioned that several illegal petrol pumps are operating in the province.
As these petrol pumps are operating illegally and without valid licenses, these are posing threat to the public and environment.
In this regard, the Deputy Inspector General of Police of all ranges and senior Superintendents of Police have been directed to take action against all such illegal petrol pumps, as mentioned in the official letter.
Moreover, the IGP also asked the concerned police high ups to submit the report of compliance of crackdown against the illegal petrol pumps within three days.
